Low-loss BR rips no longer stream properly. Blu-ray HD 1080p has a max bitrate of 40 Mbps, so well under 100 Mbps. Blu-ray 4K has a max bitrate of 128 Mbps, but is usually well under 100 Mbps (more like ~60 for regular frame rates). At 100 Mbps, your media file would be over 90 GB for a 2 hour video (45 GB/h).
